How to sort
Timber is divided into two groops:
Non-white/plastic-coated timber and White-painted and plastic-coated timber.
Where to bring it
Smaller loads: The nearest recycling centre (max 2 m3).
Bigger loads: Receiving Plant at Gufunes.
The Recycling
White-painted and plastic-coated timber is used in an experimental composting. The timber is shredded and mixed with horse droppings and the product is used as covering material at the landfill site.
