How to sort
All furnishings, electronics, porcelain, tables, chairs, refrigerators, records, lamps, books, toys and washing machines to name a few things.

Note
The electronics have to work and furnishings must be useable.

Where to bring it
There are special containers for household goods destined for Góði hirðirinn - market for used household goods (e. The Good Shepherd) at all SORPA´s recycling centres.

The reuse
All household goods that are put into the container marked Góði hirðirinn (e. The Good Shepherd) are sent to that very market, run by SORPA in cooperation with charity organizations. There they are sold for a reasonable price. All the profit is donated to charity work.
