All electronics can be brought to the nearest recycling centre, maximum amount 2 m3.

Reuse
If the electronics are working and you want them to be reused and sold for charity then make sure that it goes into the right container marked: Góði hirðirinn - Nytjahlutir (The Good Shepherd - household goods).

Recycling
Other electronics are sent to the metal recycling company Fura Ltd. where the electronics are compressed and then sent abroad for further sorting and recycling.
ELECTRONICS: vacuum cleaners, iron, toasters, hair dryers, razors, radios, coffee machines, telephones, printers, drillers, etc.
