All electronics can be brought to the nearest recycling centre, maximum amount 2 m3.
Larger loads should be brought to Efnamóttakan hf. at Gufunes. www.efnamottakan.is
Reuse
If the electronics are working and you want them to be reused and sold for charity then make sure that it goes into the right container marked: Góði hirðirinn - Nytjahlutir (The Good Shepherd - household goods).

Recycling
The computers are taken apart where the hard drive, disk drive, cooling unit and other things are taken out and sent to metal recycling along with the box outside the computer.
